Mass Juniors has the following objectives:
-
To develop each player at their own pace with large amounts of technical (tricks, skills, movement, dribbling, passing) coaching
-
To let players work with a ball each, developing modern skills
-
Not to over-coach young players, rather let them learn within our created environment for themselves
-
To have an environment that has no pressure placed on young players to win at all costs but to look at the long term development of each player
-
To create an enivronment where each player smiles, is pleasant, has good habits, learns good life skills
-
To have a games programme of a mixture of league fixtures and 4v4 games that teach the game, again without instruction from coaches or parents, letting the environment create the players to learn for themselves
-
To educate young people in terms of food for football, practise, attitudes, behaviour, social development
-
To have a respectful environment where each player no matter what age shakes the hand of each coach on arrival and departure from sessions and games
-
To encourage good practice in terms of looking after equipment and facilities
-
To encourage each player to thank their parents each session and game for their role in your child's football development
-
To offer additional services such as professional club visits, education days for parents wanting to become coaches and develop school-club links
